Raspberry Almond Baked Oats

Ingredients
- 2 cups certified GF oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3/4 cup ground almonds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup almond slices for topping
- 1/2 – 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- optional: vanilla, cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mix all ingredients in a baking dish, cover with almond slices and raspberries.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Enjoy with an extra drizzle maple syrup.
