Raspberry Almond Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 cups certified GF oats
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3/4 cup ground almonds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup almond slices for topping
  • 1/2 – 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • optional: vanilla, cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a baking dish, cover with almond slices and raspberries.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Enjoy with an extra drizzle maple syrup.
